Market Watching Italian Yields Cautiously
News and Events:
FX risk correlated trades rallied on the news that Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi would resign after the new budget law is approved. The

Asia session got a boost as Chinese CPI came in line at 5.5% but significantly softer than last month’s 6.1% read (PPI comes 5.0 vs.5.8 consensus).

Given this weekend's SNB Hildebrand's comments, soft Swiss economic data and choirs of “repeg” by unions and government official alike, it’s no wonder the market is anticipating new EURCHF “floor”.
